Indicator

A document outlining the matters that will be considered by the Board in the coming months, usually covering a period of three, six or twelve months. Work plans usually focus on priority strategies and policies that the Board intends to review or approve, along with a summary of the issues under consideration in those policies and strategies.

Recommended Standard

Board work plans should be disclosed upon circulation to the Board of Directors.
