On page 12 of this document there is a brief outline of the committee’s functions. The Committee directly reports to the Committee of the Whole.

Thus, unless disclosure is approved by the Board, documents prepared for the consideration or review and approval of the Directors, e.g., Board Reports for proposed projects, are not publicly available."
