White there is no official procedure for disclosing the final draft of policies and strategies, some are available of an ad hoc basis. For example in the case of the inspection policy and environmental policy review, the final draft documents were disclosed.

On a pilot basis, effective April 1, 2005, operational policy review papers will be disclosed at the same time they are circulated to the Board.
