These notifications appear in the Inter-American Development Bank's agendas for the annual board of executive directors, which are disclosed under IDB policy. The agendas are disclosed at the same time that they are made available to the Executive Directors. Modifications of the agendas will also be made available at the same time they are made available to the Directors.

This document indicates the issues that are scheduled for discussion by the Board of Directors during a given month and the days on which those issues are scheduled to be discussed. Interested parties can review the calendar on a monthly basis to determine when, if at all, a given institution-wide policy or strategy is scheduled to be discussed by the Board of Directors. However, the calendars are usually not released until after the beginning of the month.

This document provides a six-month overview of what the Board will discuss. Oftentimes this document lists planned discussions on WB policies and strategies under development or review.
