"ADB shall make all ADB policy or strategy papers publicly available no later than upon final approval by either the Board of Directors or Management." Furthermore, guidelines, handbooks, and manuals that are intended to help ADB staff and consultants in different programs and projects are also disclosed, and so are the policy papers which give an overall description of the ADB's approach to various policies.

Corporate policies, procedures and strategies, Sectoral policies and strategies, and Country strategies are listed on the EBRD's Strategies and Policies webpage. Final policies and strategies are disclosed after Board approval. The EBRD will also disclose summaries of the following documents after the Board has approved the main documents: the five-yearly Capital

Strategy Update, the annual Strategic Portfolio

Disclosure is “based on whether the discussion has reached completion or the point where informing the public is deemed useful.” During 2001, 21 of 26 papers on policy issues discussed by the Executive Board were published.

"MIGA produces booklets and reports describing its investment policies and procedures, which are periodically updated." However it has disclosed only six policy papers, and makes no mention of others.

The WB discloses its final policies and strategies, after their approval by the Board. These include Sector Strategy Papers, World Bank Policies (Operational Policies or OP, Bank Procedures or BP, and Good Practices or GP), Operational Memoranda, Operational Directives (OD), Operational Manual Statements, etc.
