"An annual review of evaluation activities summarizes the performance evaluation activities and findings of the Operations Evaluation Department. An annual report on loan and technical portfolio performance evaluates ADB’s portfolio performance for a given year. ADB shall make such annual evaluation reports publicly available upon discussion by the DEC."

"The Bank will release and post on the Bank’s Web site – subject to clearance in respect of commercial confidentiality – the following reports prepared by the Project Evaluation Department: summaries of Operational Performance Evaluation Reviews (OPERs); Evaluation Special Studies, on themes such as sectors and programmes; OPER reports on TC operations; the Final Work Programme of EvD and the Work Programme Completion Report; the Annual Evaluation Overview Report (AEOR); and the Evaluation Policy."

Instead of producing an Annual Report the Operations Evaluation Unit discloses an Overview Report.

It is prepared by the Bank's Office of Evaluation and Oversight. This document is disclosed after the Board of Executive Directors has completed its consideration of them.

Annual report to IFC's Management and Board. This is the flagship IFC evaluation report, addressing IFC's business results and achievement of its development mandate.

“Introduced in 1997 and distributed to all IFC staff, comprises an annual report that provides a process execution and outcome summary of the previous calendar year's Investment Assessment Reports and Expanded Project Super [R] programs. Contains company confidential information, and is an integral part of IFC's deliberative process.”

This is a report to the Board covering evaluation process activities (e.g., work program outputs) and process issues. It identifies process weaknesses and gaps. One chapter (with related DGO recommendations) is devoted to evaluation in the IFC.

"Pursuant to a technical assistance agreement with the [Inter-American Development] Bank, the Bank’s Office of Evaluation and Oversight (“OVE”) assists in the Corporation’s independent evaluation mechanism. OVE’s mandate is to verify findings and ratings included in the Corporation’s self-evaluation reports, and to issue attestations thereof. OVE’s Independent Evaluation Reports submitted to the Board of Executive Directors of the Corporation, and any other evaluation documents considered by the Board, will be made available to the public after the Board has completed its consideration of them."

The independent evaluations unit does not produce an annual review of evaluation activities.

MIGA’s independent Operations Evaluation Unit (OEU), first granted funds in 2002, does not disclose any information anywhere on the web.

The AROE fulfills a statutory responsibility of the Operations Evaluation Department (OED) - to attest to the progress, status, and prospects of development accountability and organizational learning within the WB.
