These documents often include an overview of: economic and social data related to member countries; lists of members, Governors, Executive Directors, and voting power; the institution’s administrative budgets and audited financial statements; and summaries of the institution’s lending portfolio.

The institution should release an Annual Report providing an overview of, among other things: its organizational structure; the composition of its governing bodies and the relative voting power of the countries therein represented; audited financial statements; and summaries of its lending portfolio. |

The Annual Report contains an operational and financial overview of the ADB, the Board of Directors report, operations and lending, country reports, and a general discussion of management, resources, and institutional concerns.
