Country Economic Reports monitor the economic performance and assess the needs of its developing member countries. These regular evaluations are the basis for the country strategy and program reports and updates. This document is disclosed after Board circulation.

ESW reports provide "the basis for the Bank Group's diagnosis of a given country's development prospects. ESW provides a sound basis for dialogue with a borrowing member country on development objectives and policy." ESW reports include economic, and sector studies, reviews and strategy papers and will be disclosed after they are distributed to the Board.
