2.A. Board of Governors

Article 27 deals with the Composition of the Board of Governors, Article 28 deals with the Power of the Board and Article 29 deals with the Procedure of the Board. Also, "ADB shall make the following documents publicly available: (i) Agreement Establishing the Asian Development Bank"

This document gives information on meeting, voting, agenda setting, and recording procedures of the Board of Governors as well as definitions and functions of Board members. Also, "ADB shall make the following documents publicly available: Rules of Procedure of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank"

Chapter V of the Agreement deals with the organization and management of the Bank and Articles 29, 30 and 31 deal with the Board of Governors specifically.

Article IX of the Statute deals with the Board of Governors.

Article VIII, Section 2 outlines general procedures for the Board.

Annual meetings are held in a member country in May for three days, preceded by a two-day high-level seminar program on topical issues such as governance, poverty reduction, development finance, international financial architecture, economic and social development, information technology in development, and presentations to investors by finance ministers "(ADB governors) of developing member countries."
